Lexie and Evan went to all of the most iconic locations for these New York City engagement photos! We spent the whole entire day together taking photos (minus a quick little afternoon nap, needed by all). We met at the Brooklyn Bridge at sunrise to start, and we finished with dinner at Lexie & Evan’s favorite Greek spot after sunset at the Top of the Rock. Here are a few highlights and favorites from this New York City engagement photo session, I hope you enjoy!
NYC Engagement Photos
Brooklyn Bridge
We had an early morning to start our session on the Brooklyn Bridge during sunrise. It was such a cold and windy morning but Lexie and Evan still managed to look THIS GOOD.
DUMBO
After a quick coffee and warm-up session at a little cafe in DUMBO, we took a train to Grand Central Station. We obviously couldn’t pass up the perfect ‘Gossip Girl’ photo op, and Lexie & Evan definitely enjoyed their main character moment at the train station.
The MET
The MET was the perfect location for Lexie and Evan because they’ve always loved to visit different art museums together. Evan is a huge Monet fan so it was only fitting we spent the whole morning searching the museum for all of the best Monet paintings.
Central Park
After the MET, we went for a little stroll through Central Park. They both had another outfit change, and proved that Central Park can look great even in the winter!
Top of the Rock
We expected the Top of the Rock to be pretty busy during sunset, but WOW it was so crowded. But, even with a sunset crowd we were able to get plenty of great photos with my favorite NYC view.
Of course, you can’t finish a New York City photoshoot without a few photos at the subway station, right?
