I will never get over this adventure engagement session in Lake Powell! We had a very early 2am wake-up call for this shoot, and a long 1-hour bumpy drive to get to the location, but the views were SO worth it during sunrise. If you’re down for a little off-roading in my Jeep with me, this could be you during your next couples session or on your elopement day! At times it honestly felt like we were on another planet because the landscapes here are just so different and unique. Southern Utah is unbelievably gorgeous and this is by far one of my favorite spots. Here are a few highlights and favorites from this adventure engagement session in Lake Powell, I hope you enjoy!
Adventure Engagement Session
Emily and Ryan were a blast to shoot with because they were so playful and down for anything. We had them running around kicking up dust at 5am and the photos are just unreal. They nailed the western look with their outfits and cowboy hats, and the boots were the perfect final touch. We were lucky enough to have the whole place to ourselves which we fully took advantage of! We hiked all around the cliffs finding the good photo spots, and even stopped at a few different places along the road on the way back to Page.

After we finished at the overlook, we started the drive back to Page and stopped at a few places along the side of the road for photos. We even found a cute field of wildflowers! There were so many different and unique backdrops for pictures along the drive. Emily also had multiple outfits with her for variety and they were all so cute!
